Built by watching a clinic actually run.
Most booking platforms are designed for a calendar that never breaks. Yours breaks every day: a walk-in with a bleeding paw, a surgery that runs long, a vet who leaves at one and comes back at half four. PawSphere is built for that day.
No listing fee. No monthly charge. Commission only on bookings that complete.

Four things most platforms get wrong.
Each of these came out of the same observation: a clinic stops using a tool the day it makes the day harder rather than easier.
It will not double-book you
Two owners arriving for the same slot is the fastest way to lose a clinic's trust, so the guarantee is a database constraint on overlapping time ranges per practitioner — not a cache that might be down. If our lock service fails, bookings still cannot collide.
Split shifts are the default
09:00–13:00 and 16:30–20:30 is two shift windows with a genuine gap, not one long day with a note about lunch. Nobody can book you across the break, because the slots do not exist.
Walk-ins go in the same calendar
Record an offline appointment in two taps and the platform's view of your day matches the register on your desk. Without this, the two diverge within a week and you stop trusting ours.
Every deduction is itemised
Commission, GST on that commission, GST TCS and income-tax TDS, each on its own line. We withhold TCS and TDS as an electronic commerce operator and show you both rather than netting them off quietly.
Six steps, resumable at any point.
It takes about twenty minutes if you have your documents to hand. You can stop halfway and come back — nothing is lost.

What we will tell you honestly
- Your first payout is held until one booking has completed and its 48-hour dispute window has closed.
- For the first hundred providers we also do a video or physical verification. It is slower and we are not apologising for it.
- A licence that expires suspends your listing automatically. We warn you at 30 days and again at 7.
- A rejection reason is shown to you word for word. No form letters.
Sixty seconds a day. That is the whole commitment.
Split shifts, per-practitioner calendars and walk-in entry, so the platform’s view of your day matches the one on your desk. Confirm a booking with one tap. Earnings and deductions itemised, settled T+2.
